Swazi is right, man. Ketchup is too simple for an excellent tasting fish like halibut. Hali can be grilled but tends to fall apart when cooked, so you might lose a lot of meat between the grates unless you use a fish tray to cook it on. Baked hali is excellent too -- here's a recipe I like:

wash fillet (skin removed) and dry with paper towel. Sprinkle with onion powder, garlic salt, parsley flakes on both sides. Dust fillet with flour on both sides. Break an egg into a bowl and beat lightly. Paint the fillet with the egg and sprinkle on bread crumbs (like Progresso). Bake at 450 degrees for about 10-15 mins until meat is firm.
Crack a beer and enjoy.
