Spent lots of time all around that area and if it was not for the bone ass cold winters it would be over-run with people from Calif.
Now you know why it's called "Big Sky Country". You do not understand until your there and see it.
Yellowstone is like a dreamworld and damn near unreal.
How was the river flowing going back to Livingston??? Must have made your mouth water......
We used to stay in Chico Hot Springs and spend the days in Yellowstone. Did you go through the arch??? That little town there by the entrance is cool to walk in, not much but nice.
You just had one of the best expriances in your life being up there. Now with your mom there it will be an easy excuse to go more often.
We will be back in 2007 maybe, I'll let you know and see if you make it up.
