Boil it in 7 up and dip in melted butter and garlic. 3/4 inch cubes, keep em in there till they float a little then put em in the butter and garlic.
The more butter and garlic the better. Last time I did it a little overkill. A large fistfull (I mean like a full fistfull) of garlic sliced and diced and minced real small, and 2 sticks up butter... I had it that night and it was OK... But the next day I fished/worked on NCP and around 9 am popped it in the oven, heatted it up and it was DAMNNNNNNNN good.... I think its better the second day....
