Had bacon wrapped shrimp just the other day,except it was stuffed with crab.It wasnt deep fried though,it was grilled,then crisped up in a hot pan.
Now THAT was absolutely unfucking beleivable!

Will try the cheese and pepper thing though.The key is "LARGE" shrimp.
