Yea, I agree with Capt. Josh, even tho' Harry's a real busy guy there, he and Sarkis takes the time to seat or chat with you one on one to discuss your concerns or even share some new ideas.

Oh, they even had machinery that makes the nylon parts, sorry, it's not nylon and I forget what the actual material is, but Harry will correct you.
Thanks for reminding me, yes, there's this feeling of a family environment inside the warehouse/office.

I'm not a technical person, so those computerized gadgets reminds me of the futuristic stuff I saw years ago at Disneyland as a kid, lol (we're talking serious years ago).
