Format of the Yellowtail Shootout for '08

Biggest Yellowtail wins.
Teams instead of individual anglers.
Top 10 pays cash + prizes.
Jackpot slots $100, $300, $500
Start fishing time changed to 5am.
Dash for cash now paying $2500 up from last years $1500.
New location at The Sheraton Hotel Harbor Island.
Bigger Vender Village including seatrials from various boat manufacturers.
No cost for public in the Vender Village areas and awards.
New registration system in the works (online).
Captains party check in will have credit card machines and multiple lines.
Booth at both Fred Hall shows.

Not sure yet.
We will be promoting the tournaments and answering any questions at Fred Hall. I believe we are going to try to do all registration online to cut down on the captains meeting paperwork.
Jackpot payments could either be paid at time of registration or at the captains meeting.

I do know that we are only requiring the team captains signature this year and making the captain responsible for whoever he/she wants to be on the team. (like Make A Wish Tuna Challenge).
