First off, hats off to you all for making this a troublefree tournament. Sighn in was a breeze, and everything after that went smoooooooooth.

Second, thanks to Leo (LTBOLTMAN) and Chris (T.O.T.W.) for being my team mates. Can't imagine fishing something like this with anyone else.

We checked in for the dash for cash and headed out to LJ to be greeted by a bitchen sunrise. Hardly anyone else out. Pretty rare for a saturday let alone a turney saturday. All day the conditions on the water were the best I've seen in a looooong time. But, we just could'nt connect with the right kind. We caught everything but. We caught bass, we caught halibut, we caught barracuda, we came face to face with a nice big mako and worked to keep him away from our bait

. We even caught a trigger (WTF). All of these fish would've made for a great fishing day on the water. But, on a Yellowtail turney day? All in all it was a perfect day on the water. Leo's boat ran flawless. I hope everyone had a great time.

We were way down south and other than the early morning fog it was an awesome day on the water! We were fortunate enough to connect with 4 of the right kind and a bonus triple jigstrike of albies - the water was perfect ALL day and warm at 71.2 degrees. I really wish we were out there again today!

Nice work Tim. We had a similar day with a mixed bag that would otherwise be a great day, but none of the right kind.

pics. Sorry no love from the right kind. At least you were able to get out;beautiful day for it. Even a blind squirrel finds an acorn now and then huh Steve?

just got my aching butt out of bed, look outside and the airport is all fogged out...man, can BD call the right day for a tournament!! yep today wasn't our day, but I had a great time with Tim & Chris and we were probably the only team to catch a crab; this tournament really is growing more awesome each year; I'm heading on down to the banquet to see who won all the mooola and maybe snag a raffle prize, see you guys there,,,oh, and nice artwork Tim, looks like we fished the grand canyon
