Just returned from a KHMC meeting with Phil of 976tuna telling us he thought the water was warming too much for the squid and thus the WSB may have already passed us by. Not sure if he is right or not, but I think this weekend will tell a lot since we should have good weather. Am thinking about setting up an open party charty to circumnavigate the island in search of WSB. Could be fun, we always catch something interesting on such trips. The cost would be $210 per angler leaving and returning to Avalon. If you have any thoughts about visiting Avalon for the weekend and want to fish Saturday. let me know...any takers?
