For 40# ? Or is that what you use with a differant line class other then 40# which I would imagine is less.
I guess a good question is what are you going to be mainly firing at. I can see allot of people think of Barracuda, Bonita, Bass, and small Yellowtail when thinking of surface iron. I do too locally but I also fish surface iron for larger grade fish other places.
The question was 40#.
If you fire with a 332 you are very limited in size of fish you can kill not to mention distance, call me crazy if you want but its physics yo.
