The one thing I have found about the knot is if you are tieing it on lighter line (30lb and less) you need to loop the line twice not once as in the first illustration. Almost like you're doing a normal dropper loop.
It is an awesome knot to know. I have tested it against a regular dropper loop and it holds up a lot better. It failed at about 80-90% versus 75% as the highest I could get a regular dropper to fail at. Surprisingly most of the droppers I tied failed from 50-60% of line strength.
