well electro, capt. g has a point, but i think you can start by going to lmv's fishing club meeting and bringing this topic up with them. i am sure they have a valid reason for enforcing there rules. one of which being that fishermen are not the only people using the facilities provided by lmv association and that everyone who pays there association dues should have equal rights within the facilities.
gino the bass your opinion is not supported in your statement. comparing lmv to the cesspool of lake elsinore is retarded. lake elsinore has smelt like a rotting porta-potty for 20 years, and they have done very little to change that. lmv has a full-time biologist and staff to monitor the habitat of the lake. any rules that are changed are to benefit the habitat of the lake, not to ensure your happiness. and honestly i am pretty sure the rules of the lake have not change as much as you think they have.
by the way fishing with a beef hot dog is not permitted on lake mission viejo.
