I have had this reel for a while and have used the f*ck out of it. But I have kept it clean. I just got it back from shimano. I have used it to catch anything from calicos to albacore. It doesn't have a level wind.
The rod is a 9' seeker. I think some of the tip was cut off. Its a good rod. I like throwing salas irons on it.
