Farallon Offshore, 1979/2008, just went through a total refit. Included in refit was a custom, fully enclosed Pilothouse by Al's Custom Marine. Diamond Sea Glaze new windows, and a sliding aluminum centerline aft door to cockpit. A retractable tuna tower has been installed with canvas T-top and console, ready for controls and electronics. Freshly rebuilt Chrysler Marine 360 CI gas engine @260 HP with new Carter carburater, new 75 gallon aluminum centerline fuel tank. Additional tankage is easily installed forward or port and starboard under the cockpit. New lights, new interior, new seats, new flooring in pilothouse, new trim inside and out, new bilge pumps, new hoses and wiring throughout.. Wet head, V berth for 2, with sink, fresh water tank, and storage in cuddy cabin. Bilge was steamed and coated with "Bilgekote", new bottom paint and new exterior polymer two part coating. This is the V Drive version of the Farallon 25, the most popular among the commercial divers and fishermen. This model has deeper sides than later models and a lower placed deck for higher gunwhales. The V Drive version places the engine farther aft for greater stability. Several structural locations on the hull were reinforced, and two "side to side" hull supports were added. The structural "stiffening" added considerable strength and durability. She weighs just under 6800 lbs. dry. She will cruise over 30 MPH...top end is approximately 40 MPH. At this price included is a Humminbird Matrix 12 sounder and new Standard VHF Radio. Special "TUNA" fish wells can be installed upon buyers request, at extra cost. Stable, strong, comfortable, a real TANK, she has been "reconstructed" to chase tuna long distances in almost any weather conditions. There is no trailer at this price, however, I am rebuilding the original EZ Loader roller trailer, but have no "lost love" for those trailers, but will sell with boat for the cost of the necessary repairs to make the trailer safe.
