FEATURES
Accomodations: There is a double berth aft of the Galley area. The Dinette seating area converts to a queen size berth that allows 3 to sleep in comfort. There is accent lighting and courtesy lights in the cabin and head areas. The head is located in the forward cabin area and is enclosed with a full sized head/shower, marine toilet, hand basin and a dedicated sump pump-out. There are 8 portholes in the forward cabin and a large opening hatch in the forward cabin roof.
Deck and Hull: The hull is flag blue with a red boot stripe. The deck is two tone, gray with a white outline. Deck hardware is through bolted using aluminum backing plates. Hull to deck joint is through bolted and backed, chemically bonded and sealed using ‘3M 5200’ adhesive. A combination of bi-axial and uni-directional FRP knitted products are used in the construction. All through hull areas have solid reinforcement to prevent damage to the hull or deck laminates. By using these construction techniques, coupled with a superior hull and interior designs, the Albin has an enviable reputation of fine sea-keeping qualities, comfortable and practical interiors with economical performance.
Mechanical: Engine access is easy with the large hatch with gas struts. All thru-hull fittings are bonded. There are (2) electric bilge pumps and (1) manual pump
Hull: The boat has recently recieved a 4 coat top quality Bottom Paint with leading edge white zinc and paint for sighting thru site-glass.
