Description: It's official. John Singh, Jonathon aka dakine stole from me. Stole $230.00

Amount was sent for 4 reels. Never got reels and the last I heard was this email from a so called brother.

"Hi bryan this is Jayland jon's brother.
Jon got a Dui again. He told me to try and get ahold of you to let you know not to worry. He should be home in 2 weeks. He said that you bought some gear from him and that he will send it out when he gets home. He said he feels real bad. I am supposed to talk him today or tomorrow. I will let him know I contacted you. I will check his e-mail again tomorrow. Hope this helps"

As of Sept 17th, I have heard nothing.

I have an address and contact info which will be submitted in a mail fraud case with the USPS and LA Police.

Just a heads up, as its a shape for a BD member to steal.

sorry to hear that. I think someone else had a bad transaction with the same person but not sure. you should write this in his avator thing(whatever you call it) and rate your experience

That's too bad; my one deal with Jon went well. Kinda interesting that he got a $125 rod from me only to sell it off at $60 two months later. DUI, needs cash, ripping off someone...sounds like a bad scene...

Yeah, that is the plan. But if in fact the email is truthful, then I'd be wasting my tiem heading to LA only to find no one there or the douche in jail.

If I file a fraud claim with the USPS it will stand up in court. Kicking someones ass does not.

The fraud claim worked years ago for me when someone tried to take some of my loot. So I'll go that route before I waste the gas driving to LA.

This dude works at a delivery service in Fullerton if you need it I can get the address for you I bought a reel from this guy but he promised me a Gusa and when I went to he work he didnt have the rod his work is on acasia ave in Fullerton

Just to let you bryan he is in jail,I don't know the guy but it's easy to run his name to find out.He has been in since 7-11-07 and his next court date is 10/25/07.It looks as though he is a 19 year old kid maybe he didn't intend on burning you but he will need to burn alot of people to post his 80,000 bail!!!!!!!

Well he must have had a cell phone in jail. Since I called him and he called me a bunch of times in regards to the deal. And he had computer access the whole time.

How did you run the guys name? PM me or post here, I'd like to know the link.

www.lasd.org it is the la county inmate locater.The only guy in there is with that name is 19.

385 acacia ave fullerton it is in the back of Acacia Buisness park go in the drive way all the way to the back its on the right side doesnt have a company name on it but he said it was a delivery service ther was people there today
